Air Technology, Inc. Expands Customer Service Dept.
(September 23, 2008) Air Technology, Inc. is proud to announce the expansion of their customer service department. The team provides faster turnarounds and improved responsiveness to customer requests.
"We have streamlined our structure and procedures to ensure that our customers are taken care of with the utmost professionalism," says Mark Marar, Director of Sales. "We strive to give our customers the answers and solutions they need as quickly as possible, and this reorganization helps us move in that direction."
The restructuring has had a positive impact on all forms of communication. Existing clients and potential clients now have appointed customer service liaisons to serve them.
Robin Easterly, Sales Administrator has been appointed the customer liaison for all quotes and product inquiries. Mirella Noguez, Purchasing/Shipping Administrator has been appointed the customer liaison for all order processing and shipping (domestic and international) questions and inquiries.
"I am excited that Ms. Easterly and Ms. Noguez have accepted their responsibilities with great enthusiasm," says Marar. "What this means for clients is quicker results and easier, more efficient communication."
